It started as any other day. Three spirited young girls were waiting at the airport. They had booked a trip with an airplane that would bring them to their holiday destination. There were about 20 other people waiting for that same plane. When they finally were allowed to board the plane, Alexandra shook with excitement. This was one of the few times that Kami, Kaylea and she were able to take holidays together. They had booked a flight towards some sunny far away destination, but right now they were still waiting at the airport to board the small plane that would take them there

“I wonder why the plane is so small."

Kaylea stepped on to the stairs leading up to the plane. Kami shrugged and walked up behind Kaylea.

“Perhaps they didn’t have anything else.”

Alexandra took one last look around the airport. She had a weird feeling in her stomach, like something big was about to happen. They stepped in to the plane and took three seats. Kaylea and Kami took two seats next to each other and Alexandra took the one behind it. She was staring out the window at the cold country they were leaving behind for a sunnier destination. The thought made her smile. They settled In to their seats and buckled up.
